An issue was identified where conditional fields did not retain or display their default values after being hidden and shown again. This occurred because the system cleared field values when they were hidden and did not restore the default or previously entered values when the fields became visible again.
This has been resolved by ensuring that when a conditional field is displayed, it will automatically populate with either its default value or the most recently entered value, depending on the page state. This update ensures consistent and expected behavior when working with conditional fields.
RESOLUTION: Page State Not Refreshing After Close Time Allowing Uploads to Closed Solicitations

An issue was identified where respondents could continue uploading attachments after a solicitation had closed if the page was not refreshed. This occurred because the page did not automatically update when the closing time was reached, allowing upload functionality to remain available despite the closed status.
This has been resolved by ensuring the page automatically refreshes when the solicitation close time is reached. This refresh updates the page status in real time, removing upload options and preventing further submissions once the solicitation is closed.
