CORE SYSTEM
RESOLUTIONS

RESOLUTION:  Document Templates: Clause Number Formatting Override Causing Inconsistent Number Sequences on Merge
Reference #: 260423.1157.29532

An issue was identified where numbered clauses did not retain their intended formatting when merged into document templates. This occurred because the system was overriding the clause’s original numbering format, even when it was configured to keep its own formatting, resulting in inconsistent or unexpected numbering sequences.

This has been resolved by aligning numbering behavior with the selected Clause Formatting setting. When set to Keep Clause Formatting, the clause will retain its original numbering as defined in the source document. When set to Inherit from Parent, the numbering will match the formatting of the destination document. This update ensures consistent and predictable numbering behavior during clause merging.

RESOLUTION:  Document Templates:  Multi-Line Text Field Line Break Handling Preventing Complete Data Display in Clause Merges
Reference #: 260423.1157.30591

An issue was identified where multi-line text fields did not fully display when merged into clauses on document templates. This occurred because line break characters within the field were not being recognized, causing only partial content—or in some cases no content—to appear in the final document.

This has been resolved by improving how line breaks are detected and processed during merging. Multi-line text fields will now display all content as entered, including proper formatting across multiple lines, ensuring accurate and complete data in merged documents.

RESOLUTION:  Document Templates:  Filter Operator Handling Error Causing Crashes in Rules Configuration
Reference #: 260423.1157.33000

An issue was identified where configuring filters using operators other than “Equal To” would cause errors in the Rules and Conditions setup within Document Templates and related areas. This was due to how the system processed and returned filtered results, leading to interruptions during configuration.

This has been resolved by improving how filter queries retrieve and display results. All operators now function as expected, allowing users to configure rules without errors and ensuring a smoother, more reliable experience.

RESOLUTION:  Document Templates:  Empty Subtable Handling Gap Causing Template Merge Failures
Reference #: 260423.1157.34008

An issue was identified where document template merges could fail when subtables were included but contained no data or incomplete configurations. This occurred because the system did not properly handle empty or missing values during the subtable replacement process, resulting in a merge error.

This has been resolved by improving how the system checks for and processes empty subtables during merging. Templates will now merge successfully even when subtables are empty or partially configured, ensuring a more stable and reliable document generation experience.
