# Exporting the Quick Search Results List

### **Exporting the Quick Search Results List**

**Quick Search: Exporting the Find/Search Contracts Screen**

The **Quick Search** screen can be exported as Excel, Word, or PDF files using the options under **Exporting** on the menu of the **Quick Search** screen. However, when the **Quick Search** screen is exported, the export will include all fields shown on the screen (including the **View** link, which will be disabled upon exporting it).

Selected the destination for the exported file and select to **Open** or **Save** the exported document.

It is recommended to first export to Excel, where you are able to make modifications/customizations to the grid and then save to a PDF file.

**Note:** It is the user's responsibility to delete the **View** column in the exported file.
