# Database Backups/Disaster Recovery

As a deployed client, please include the ContractInsight database with your company’s backup plan and disaster recovery plan. As part of your back up plan please be sure to truncate the log files as, if not truncated, the log file will eventually grow too large and break your system. *Please note, you do not have to back up the Hangfire database.*

Due to liability purposes, CobbleStone® does not set up a database back up plan for deployed clients.
