# Contract Records on the Vendor/Client Gateway

### **Contract Records on the Vendor/Client Gateway**

**Contract Details on the Vendor/Client Gateway: Overview** If your organization has purchased the **Vendor/Client Gateway** optional add-on module, there are fields on the Contract Details screen that should be paid special attention in order to properly manage whether a Contract's field(s) are displayed on the Gateway for Vendors/Companies to view. On the Contract Details screen, the **Collaboration Type** field allows users to designate the Contract Record for displayed on the **Vendor/Client Gateway**.

**Available Collaboration Types:**

- **Internal**:  The Contract Record Details screen is only able to be viewed internally.
- **Gateway**:  The Contract Record Details screen will be available to be viewed on the Vendor/Client Gateway by Vendors who sign-up and login to the Gateway.
- **Public**: The Contract Record Details screen will be available to be viewed by the general public through the **Public Portal** option of the Vendor/Client Gateway (Vendors/Clients do not need to sign-up or login to the Gateway).

**Note:** The Public Portal is a part of the **Vendor/Client Gateway** Optional Add-On that needs to be setup and configured in addition to the Gateway.
