**Note:** Each procedure in this guide begins at the Contract Insight homepage, so any section can be followed on its own. Custom fields are configurable, so the exact field list on a contract category record may vary between environments.

# 1. Overview

A contract's own record surfaces its purchase-order activity in two places: a **Purchase Orders** subtable entry on the Subtables tab, and a **PO / Spend Against Budget** summary on the Linked Records tab reporting the total purchase-order amount against the contract's budget, the remaining balance, and both used and remaining as percentages.

# 2. Key Elements

- Subtables tab → **Purchase Orders** lists POs tied to the contract, with a row count
- Linked Records tab → **PO / Spend Against Budget** widget totals PO spend against budget
- That widget reports amount used and amount remaining, in dollars and as percentages
