### **Configuration Group: Emailer/Email Manager**

**CC Addresses:** As a comma separated list, the addresses listed in this setting are copied on email messages originating from Contract Insight.

**From Address:** This setting is used to specify and set the **From** email address from which email messages are sent.

**From Display Name:** The display name for email addresses originating in Contract Insight. **Password:** This setting is used to specify and set (optionally) the Mail server login password. You should consult your organization's mail server requirements to see if this is required. **Port Used:** This setting is used to specify and set the Mail Server port for SMTP traffic. **SMTP Server:** This setting is used to specify and set the DNS of your organization's mail server (usually mail.yourdomain.com). **Username:** This setting is used to specify and set the Mail server login username (optionally). You should consult your organization's mail server requirements to see if this is required.

  
By default all SaaS clients use CobbleStone's secure email provider which encrypts data in transit and utilizes an SSL Connection with CobbleStone's email provider.
