Configuration Group: Document Authoring

The Document Authoring configuration group includes application configuration settings for the basic setup and management of document collaboration.

 Group: Emails

   
Email Body Beginning Text: Specify the beginning text for the body of e-sign and e-approval e-mail alerts.

Email Body Ending Text: Specify the ending text for the body of e-sign and e-approval e-mail alerts.


Group: Gateway
   
Allow Approve All Files Button: Enable/Disable the "Approve All" button on the approval portal to approve all files instead of approving each separately.

 Auto Attach File on Completed E-Signing: Denotes if the file(s) being electronically signed are to be automatically attached to the parent record upon completion.

 Confidentiality Message: Confidentiality Message displayed at the bottom of every page on the Vendor/Client Gateway.

 Disclaimer Message for Approvals: Specify the message to be displayed on approval actions within the document collaboration portal.

Disclaimer Message for Rejections: Specify the message to be displayed on rejection actions within the document collaboration portal.

 E-Mails on Participant Viewing: Allow e-mail notifications to be sent to "employees to notify" for an Approval or Signature Process when it is viewed through the Document Collaboration Gateway.

 IntelliSign Parent Record Link: Show the button to open record in new tab for EZ Sign Processes (Allows for potential security issue).

Gateway Name/Title: The name your company wants to use for the Document Collaboration Gateway.

Header Content: Set the content of the header for the Document Collaboration Gateway.

Help Page Content: Set the content for the Gateway's Help Page.

Help Page Title: Set the title for the Gateway's Help Page.

 Page Title for Approval Processes: Set the text of the Page Title for Approval Processes within the Document Collaboration Gateway

Page Title for Signature Processes: Set the text of the Page Title for Signature Processes within the Document Collaboration Gateway.

Privacy Policy Content: Set the content for the Gateway's Privacy Policy Page.

Privacy Policy Title: Set the title for the Gateway's Privacy Policy Page.

Reset PIN Email Body: Set the additional body information for PIN Reset Emails.

Reset PIN Email Subject: Set the Subject Line for PIN Reset Emails.

Simple Participants E-Approvals: Use simple e-approvals for participants. Simple e-approvals will auto complete the participant's action if the participant has approved all files.

Website Address: Stores the Web Address of the Document Collaboration Gateway (set & maintained by system).


Group: General
   
Allow Roles/Groups to be E-Signers: Denotes if Roles/Groups can be selected as e-signers.

Allow Third Party Paper Documents: Allow documents/templates to be created for third party paper (external documents).

Always show Auto-Attach Button: Always show the auto-attach button when viewing files for a generated document package.

Append Date to Electronic Signatures: Automatically append the date to all electronic signatures.

Default Signing Type: Specify the default signing type for any files being sent out for signing.

Number of Thumbnails to Load: Specify the Number of Thumbnails to Load.

E-Sign Tool Default: Selecting a default will allow the user to skip the E-Sign tool selection prompt when starting an E-Sign process (Can choose from IntelliSign OR Adobe Acrobat Sign, DocuSign, or SignNow if those connectors are integrated.) If "None" is selected, user will be forced to select from list of available options.

Document Collaboration Mass Sign Email Timer: Set how often Mass Signing Job initial participant email alerts are sent (in minutes) - Specify 0 to disable.
