# Completed Approval Processes

### **Completed Approval Processes**

**Completed E-Approval Process** When an Approvals Process has been fully completed, the dashboard will look similar to this: ![Completed Approval Dashboard showcasing the validation message and the auto attach button location.](https://cdn.document360.io/e3626857-1fb5-4e27-b278-2d3fc5508be4/Images/Documentation/CompletedApproval_1(1).png) A completed approval process can now only be viewed, however an additional button, **Completed Files**, is available within the **Approval Process**. By clicking **Completed Files**, a pop-up window appears showing the fully approved version of each file associated with the approval process.
