# Adding a Dun and Bradstreet Number on the Company Add Screen

When Adding a Vendor Record, enter a company name in the search bar to find a company with D&B.

This search will populate the Company Field, the Dun and Bradstreet Number field, and any location information that Dun and Bradstreet can provide. The Dun and Bradstreet number field can only be populated by searching for the company. The location information can be changed by the user if desired.

Once a search has been made, clicking the DUNS Reset button will remove the data.
