Note: Each procedure in this guide begins at the Contract Insight homepage, so any section can be followed on its own. Custom fields are configurable, so the exact field list on a contract category record may vary between environments.

1. Overview

Running a report — ad-hoc or full — opens its results page: a Table/Chart toggle, an optional Group by field, an Export menu, a row-limit selector (1,000 to 100,000 rows), and paginated results, with a note when more rows exist than the current display cap shows.

2. Key Elements

• Running the "90 Day Contract Expiration Report" in this QA environment showed "Showing the first 5,000 rows — there are more," with Show options of 1,000/5,000/25,000/100,000 rows
• Table and Chart are alternate views of the same result set; Group by re-aggregates the table by a chosen column
• Export (with a dropdown of formats) is available directly from the results toolbar
• "Manage this report" from the results page jumps straight back into the report's design sections
