**Note:** Each procedure in this guide begins at the Contract Insight homepage, so any section can be followed on its own. Custom fields are configurable, so the exact field list on a contract category record may vary between environments.

# 1. Overview

The full report designer's **Sharing** section controls who else can see and run the report, and who receives it on its schedule — three tabs (**Employees**, **Roles**, **Security Groups**) each with a typeahead search across the full user base, saved with **Save sharing**.

# 2. Key Elements

- Insights → Reports → Add report → **Sharing**: "Who else can see and run this report, and who receives it on its schedule."
- "Add **employees**" searches across 71,994 available people in this QA environment; results are added to "Shared with"
- A newly created report starts "Shared with 1" — its own creator — before anyone else is added
