1. Overview

The full report designer's Sharing section controls who else can see and run the report, and who receives it on its schedule — three tabs (Employees, Roles, Security Groups) each with a typeahead search across the full user base, saved with Save sharing.

2. Key Elements

• Insights → Reports → Add report → Sharing: "Who else can see and run this report, and who receives it on its schedule."
• "Add employees" searches across 71,994 available people in this QA environment; results are added to "Shared with"
• A newly created report starts "Shared with 1" — its own creator — before anyone else is added
