**Note:** Each procedure in this guide begins at the Contract Insight homepage, so any section can be followed on its own. Custom fields are configurable, so the exact field list on a contract category record may vary between environments.

# 1. Overview

A list-built ad-hoc report can be put on the same kind of email schedule as a full report: enabling "**Email this report on a schedule**" auto-runs it and emails the result to everyone it's shared with, on the cadence configured.

# 2. Key Elements

- Not scheduled by default — "Enable to auto-run and email this report"
- Once enabled, delivery goes to the people and groups set on the Assigned To / Sharing step
- Saved with a Save schedule action, matching the full designer's Schedule section
