**Note:** Each procedure in this guide begins at the Contract Insight homepage, so any section can be followed on its own. Custom fields are configurable, so the exact field list on a contract category record may vary between environments.

# 1. Overview

Sharing a list-built ad-hoc report works the same as sharing a full report: choose who else can see and run it — by named **Employees**, by **Roles**, or by **Security Groups** — and those same people are who it's emailed to if a schedule is turned on.

# 2. Key Elements

- Sharing controls who can open and run the report, separately from who receives it by email on a schedule
- People can be added to **Employees**, **Roles** or **Security Groups** tabs of the sharing panel
- The report's creator is shared with it by default ("Shared with 1" showing themselves) until others are added
