1. Overview

Sharing a list-built ad-hoc report works the same as sharing a full report: choose who else can see and run it — by named Employees, by Roles, or by Security Groups — and those same people are who it's emailed to if a schedule is turned on.

2. Key Elements

• Sharing controls who can open and run the report, separately from who receives it by email on a schedule
• People can be added to Employees, Roles or Security Groups tabs of the sharing panel
• The report's creator is shared with it by default ("Shared with 1" showing themselves) until others are added
