# 22.1.2 - Module: E-Sourcing/Procurement Management

**E-SOURCING/PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT** **ENHANCEMENTS**

**ENHANCEMENT:** **VCG New Page - Search Closed Public Solicitations** *Reference #: 230811.337.1025*

Users on the Gateway now have the ability to view Closed Public Solicitations from the Gateway. The requirement for viewing Closed Public Solicitations is having the Bid Open and Close Dates less than or equal to today's date. You also have to have the invitation type set to public. Once this is done you can view your e-Sourcing record from the Vendor Client Gateway.

*How will this affect users?*

Users who want to view Closed Public Solicitations on the Gateway will now be able to do so.

**E-SOURCING/PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT** **RESOLUTIONS**

**RESOLUTION:** **Copy This Sourcing Record does not create new record** *Reference #: 230811.588.899*

It was found when making a copy of a Solicitation Record via "Copy This Sourcing Record" that no copy would be made. A fix was implemented and now the function works as intended.
