RESOLUTIONS

RESOLUTION: Unable to reset PIN to access a document on the E-Signing Portal
Reference #: 220916.509.4216

When attempting to reset a PIN for the E-Signing Portal, users reported receiving an error and were unable to reset the PIN. This has been resolved so Approvers/Signers are able to reset their PIN as needed.

RESOLUTION: Uploading new file version on a template if no published version available
Reference #: 221011.509.4640

Once all versions of a Document Template file were archived, users would receive an error message if attempting to upload a new file version. This has been updated so the Upload New Version button is disabled and a tooltip is provided stating there must be a published version before a new version can be uploaded.
