**Note:** Each procedure in this guide begins at the Contract Insight homepage, so any section can be followed on its own. Custom fields are configurable, so the exact field list on a contract category record may vary between environments.

# 1. Overview

The **Reports** hub lists every report a person can run, grouped by folder, with separate **Standard** and **Graphical** tabs (41 **graphical** **reports** in this QA environment) and a folder filter that narrows the list to one saved folder at a time.

# 2. Key Elements

- Insights → **Reports**: **Standard** tab lists tabular **reports**; **Graphical** tab lists chart-based **reports**, each with its own count
- **Reports** are grouped under named folders, e.g. "CSS **Standard** **Reports**" (40 items), plus many implementer-created folders
- Each row offers Run, a star to favorite it, and columns for Description, Gateway Type, Emailer Active, **Standard** Report, Created On/By and an internal ID
- "**Manage folders**" reorganizes the folder structure; "**Add report**" starts a brand-new report
