**Note:** Each procedure in this guide begins at the Contract Insight homepage, so any section can be followed on its own. Custom fields are configurable, so the exact field list on a contract category record may vary between environments.

# 1. Overview

Directory > **Employees** is the full employee list — 71,998 records in this QA environment, ten to a configurable page size (up to 50 shown per page here), spanning 1,440 pages. Each row offers **Manage**, quick-view, attachments, and favorite-star actions, and the grid's columns (First Name, Last Name, Department, State/Province, Regional Setting, Active User, and more) can each be filtered independently via the funnel icon in their header. The list supports a saved-view selector ("All **Employees**" by default), a **Fields** chooser to control which columns display, and both **search**-box and column-level filtering to locate a specific person.

# 2. Key Elements

- Directory > **Employees** lists every employee/user account in the system with row-level actions to **Manage** (edit), quick-view, view attachments, or mark as a favorite.
- The grid header shows a live total record count and lets you filter per column (First Name, Last Name, Department/Business Unit, State/Province, Regional Setting, Active User status, and others) independently.
- A view selector ("All **Employees**" by default) and a "**Fields**" control for choosing visible columns sit above the grid, alongside a free-text **Search** box scoped to the current view.
- Pagination controls at the bottom show total pages and record count and let you jump between pages or change how many rows display per page (10/25/50/etc.).
- The "+ **Add**" button in the top right of this screen is the starting point for the **Add** Employee flow described in "Adding an Employee/User."
