02. View and Edit Company/Vendor
Vendor/Customer Management: View & Manage
To view or edit Company/Vendor/Customer/Client/Supplier/Provider information, navigate to Companies > Company List. Each Vendor and Customer entered into the system display.
Click View for a name from the list to view the Company Details screen for that vendor/customer.
Note: the Active field will determine whether the Vendor/Company will be displayed in the Vendor/Company drop down menu on the Add New Contract field and for editing a Contract Record.
Users with the proper privileges may edit each field by clicking the corresponding Pencil Icon.
To link companies together, select Link Companies.
To add attachments to a company, Click Attachments on the side menu. Browse to the file to attach and click Save.
Note: After attaching and saving an attachment, do not click your browser's refresh button. Doing so repeats the last action of attaching the file without warning or notification and a duplicate file will be attached.
Each Vendor/Customer has the capability of storing an unlimited number of thread-based notes.
Vendor notes can be added by any employee who has access to manage/edit Vendors/Customers.
