ENHANCEMENTS

ENHANCEMENT:  Vendor/Client Gateway New Page - Search Closed Public Solicitations

A technical configuration was requested to have the ability to view Closed Public Solicitations from the Gateway. The requirement for viewing Closed Public Solicitations is having the Bid Open and Close Dates less than or equal to today's date. You also have to have the invitation type set to public. Once this is done you can view your e-Sourcing record from the Vendor Client Gateway.

How will this affect users?
Users who want to view Closed Public Solicitations on the Gateway will now be able to do so.


ENHANCEMENT:  Files/Attachments on Survey/Questionnaire on Customer Records on VCG

When creating a Survey with an Upload a file question for the Gateway users weren't able to send this out via a Vendor. This has been extended to allow for Vendors and e-Sourcing Surveys with the Upload question attached on the Gateway.

How will this affect users?
Users can now upload Files to the appropriate questions on Vendor Surveys.

RESOLUTIONS

RESOLUTION:  Registration Notification Email Duplicate Fields

When signing up as a new Vendor on the Vendor Client Gateway upon receiving the New Vendor email there were duplicate fields appearing in the email generated. This has been corrected so only one of that field will display on the generated email.


RESOLUTION:  New Account Signup email does not use new email templates

It was discovered that the Vendor Client Gateway wasn't using the new email templates. This has been fixed so you will now receive the correct email templates when performing different actions within the Vendor Client Gateway.


RESOLUTION:  Review Group on VCG Request not triggering Workflow

Review Group field now triggers Workflow tasks when a Request is either created in the Vendor/Client Gateway or the Review Group field is updated in the Vendor/Client Gateway.
